With Sara we sold it after first day showing! What we value about Sara – she always has a solution up her sleeve if we encounter any issues. She will find a solution before she even tells us about the issue. Her handling of the negotiations between us and the buyer was impressive. This is what sets her apart from everyone. She gets the job done. We think highly of Sara and she has changed our opinion on Realtors in the USA. Good realtors do exist here in the USA!
